Becoming an HCNA Member is a smart and affordable way for residents to help protect property values and maintain the quality of life we all enjoy in Hunters Creek. Funds collected from Members (currently $85 per year for each home) are spent to support the maintenance of our common areas, including the perimeter wall along Lockhill Selma, landscape at the main entrance, several planting islands, water and electricity for the main entrance, and liability insurance.
Membership fees also fund the delivery of other services which are usually limited to neighborhoods with much higher Association fees. These include a monthly Newsletter, a Directory, and security patrols by off-duty law enforcement personnel. Here are some basic facts about HCNA Membership:
- Membership year is May 1st through April 30th (all memberships expire on April 30).
- Membership is open to all Hunters Creek residents (both owners and lessees).
- Membership fee is $85/year per home.
- Dues are the same regardless of what month you join; since most expenses are fixed, we do not offer prorated, partial, or monthly membership payments or refunds.
How to Sign Up
New to the neighborhood. Combined Hunters Creek Neighborhood Association (HCNA) and Hunters Creek Swim & Racquet Club (HCSRC) application forms are included in the New Neighbors packet. Or you can download the form (here). Fill out the applicable forms and mail with check to:

Existing members and current residents. Application forms/invoices for HCNA and HCSRC are included in the February and April editions of the Hunters Creek Newsletter. Fill out the applicable forms and mail with check to the address above.
Pay by credit card. Go online to the HCSRC website (here), choose the option to Join/Renew and follow the instructions. You will be presented with options to join both organizations, or just one or the other. Then check out to pay via credit card.
After the form and payment are processed by the Membership Committee you will be added to the Association’s email distribution list for announcements, etc. If desired, you can also be added to the Monthly Newsletter distribution list. Please allow up to 14 days for processing of your application.
