ClubsHCNA Book ClubThe HCNA Book Club meets regularly on the third Tuesday each month at 9:30 a.m. in the homes of members. We discuss a wide variety of books, both fiction and non-fiction (memoirs, essays and history), ranging from best-sellers to classics. The book discussions often extend to wider issues and situations. Anyone who enjoys reading and discussing interesting books or is looking for new friends is invited to join the group. Hunters Creek Dinner ClubEntering our second year, the Hunters Creek Dinner Club is a group of neighbors who like to cook, entertain, and enjoy interesting food. We gather at a member's home about every other month to have a theme dinner, agreed upon by the members, with everyone providing a dish to fit the theme. Some of the dinners we have enjoyed this year include a cocktail party, Christmas brunch, mid-eastern dinner, Mediterranean dinner, and Irish dinner. If you are interested in learning more about the dinner group, please contact Marilyn Bird. HC Garden Club Our Garden Club welcomes new members! Our invitation to join our club will be extended into next year. Our first meeting of 2009 will be held on January 13. Look for more details next month. Another year has passed and we want to thank our members for
all the great things that they do for their neighbors and others.
Once again, our members will be decorating the entrance to Hunters
Creek. Our committee will also be awarding the best decorated home
with a sign to display in their yard during the holidays. Judging
will take place during the 2nd week in December, so decorate early
in December. Thank you for brining holiday cheer to our community!
